For students who wants to know the cut off marks for JAMB for the 2017 October admission into Nigerian universities. The JAMB board has released the cut - off marks in which is a minimum mark, before you are eligible to be considered admission.

The over 1.5 million JAMB candidates who registered for JAMB 2017/2018 session should take note that this cut - marks is just a basis and is does not automatically mean if you have above the mark you are automatically admitted. NO. It is just a
basis for every JAMBites to know that anything below the 2017 JAMB cut-off marks, you are automatically out of the candidates that will be considered for the 2016/2018 admission into Nigerian universities.


Before we release the cut-off marks, we will like to let all the over 1.5 million people who registered for JAMB for the 2017/2018 academic session that, the JAMB method of gaining admission into university is just the only one out of the many methods available for gaining admission into universities in Nigeria.

The other methods we have that can be used instead of JAMB are:

  • JUPEB
  • IJMB
  • Cambridge A - Level
  • NABTEB A - Level

So if JAMB failed you or you fail JAMB in any of the cases, Candidates are advised to seek any of the above methods in gaining admission without spending an extra year at home.

For example, if a candidate who is unable to be considered admission because of many reasons, he can register for IJMB in which the registration is still on, and by the next year admission, he/she will be able to gain admission into 200 level and meet everyone who gain admission through JAMB this year at 200 level. That means, with IJMB, candidates do not miss annything.

Steps In Applying For IJMB Programme (Bank Deposit)


1, The first step is to print the form out at http://www.ijmbway.com/p/print-out-ijmb.html
2. Then do pay the form fee which is currently #8,000, to the following account number


Account Name: IJMBWAY ALEVEL REGISTRATION

Bank: Guaranty Trust Bank (Gtbank)
3 After paying, do fill the printed form with CAPITAL LETTERS
4. Attach your passport to the designated area on the form
5. Go back to the nearest cyber cafe to you and scan the form you have already filled, and also scan the teller copy you were issued at the bank
6. Send all the scanned data to ijmbway@gmail.com
7. Within 2 to 4 hours, a reply will be sent to you via the email you used to send the scanned data to us, the email will include other few details you need to know as an IJMB students orCheck all about IJMB in full details
